In such conditions, the Guardian required nourishment that fortified without heaviness and steadied without stimulation. The Malnad Estate
Stew was developed to meet this need — composed, grounded, and deliberate in structure.

Chicken (finely separated, food-grade), lean lamb trim, reduced bone broth, pumpkin, carrot, peas, spinach, olive oil, eggs, quinoa, chia seeds, flax seeds, turmeric, spirulina, dried rosemary.

Prepared using slow estate-style cooking and gently preserved under controlled retort conditions to maintain structure and integrity.
